About
AI leadership grounded in operating reality.
I bring the judgment of a business operator, the discipline of enterprise delivery, and the hands-on technical ability to turn a recommendation into a working system.

About
I have sat on both sides of the table: running the business and building the system.
I am a fractional AI leader and forward-deployed engineer with more than a decade of experience across enterprise operations, analytics, automation, and technical delivery.
Before entering enterprise analytics, I founded, built, and later sold a specialized technical-services business. I managed the real work behind growth: client delivery, pricing, team coordination, operating processes, technical systems, and decisions made without perfect information.
In enterprise environments, I have built automation, data systems, decision models, and AI-enabled workflows used by analysts, technical teams, and business leaders. That work taught me that a technically impressive solution has little value if it does not fit the workflow, earn user trust, and produce a measurable business result.
That combination shapes how I consult today. I can work with executives to determine what is worth building, then work directly with users and technical teams to make it operational. The strategy and implementation stay connected.
I do not begin with a preferred model or tool. I begin with the business constraint, the people doing the work, and the result the company needs.
